VACATION RENTAL DETAILS
Arrival Day Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Special Conditions Minimum Age of renters must be 25 years of age. The home is in a private neighborhood, so noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times.
Maximum Occupants There is a maximum capacity of 9 occupants - 2 per bedroom + one on futon in Rec Room (not private)
Amenities Massive stone gas fireplace (main floor), cathedral cedar ceilings, bamboo hardwood flooring throughout main floor common areas, super capacity H3 washer/dryer; deck, BBQ, iron, ironing board, private phone (local & North American LD calls included), wireless high speed internet, computer, 1 VCR/DVD player (upstairs) , 1 DVD player (downstairs), 2 clock radios, cable TV in each bedroom plus large flat screen TV’s in Living Room and in Rec Room. NetFlix is available on Living Room 46" flat screen TV (guest must provide HDMI cable). Off street outdoor parking for 4 vehicles (less if vehicle(s) have trailers).
Living Room Spacious living room with brand new leather reclining sectional sofa, brand new leather recliner, wingback chair, cocktail table, end table, large screen TV with Digital Cable.
Kitchen
Kitchen/Dining Area: All new stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, hanging pot rack, all fridge and all freezer units, large programmable coffeemaker, small coffeemaker, toaster oven and is fully equipped. The dining table seats eight comfortably. There is a door off the kitchen that leads to a large deck and the electric grill.
Downstairs Wet Bar: compact fridge/freezer, toaster oven, sink, microwave. There is a Beer fridge/freezer in garage available upon request.
Bed Summary Kona Room (sleeps 2) : This is the largest bedroom on the main floor. It comes complete with a comfy Queen bed with a feather topper, a full size desk, bureau, night stand, phone, wall to wall carpet, cable TV and a large closet. It overlooks the front garden and street and is across the hall from the bathroom.
Maui Room (sleeps 2) : Bright and airy, this bedroom faces the back garden and comes with a comfy Queen bed with a feather topper, large bureau, desk, night stand, large closet, phone, wall to wall carpet, cable TV and a large closet. Located on the main floor, next to the bathroom.
Kauai Room (sleeps 2): Downstairs, perfect for nesting. The bedroom comes with a comfy double bed, large chest of drawers, phone, nightstand, large closet, wall to wall carpet and cable TV. Next to Rec Room and downstairs bathroom.
Molokai Room (sleeps 2): Spacious with full sized desk, a comfortable double bed, large bureau, cable TV, wall to wall carpet and a large closet. The bedroom is located across from the bathroom and adjacent to the wet bar and Rec Room.
Bathrooms
Upstairs bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub-shower combo, one basin and toilet. Downstairs bathroom has spacious stall shower, one basin and toilet.
Recreation Room
Single Futon Bed (sleeps 1). Futon located downstairs in Rec Room so offers no privacy. Adjacent to bathroom and wet bar. One recliner, a micro-suede reclining couch, one leather loveseat, one leather couch, one desktop computer, table and chairs, large screen TV, DVD player, cocktail table. The house faces south and overlooks a mountain range and the neighborhood from a slight hill. The east looks out at the side of the ski hill and the west, the Selkirk mountain range. The back garden looks directly at the ski hill.
Payment Details:
- 25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance)
- If booking is made less than 45 days, payment in full + deposit is required
- A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $350 is required
- No cancellation refund available for bookings less than 45 days in advance
- Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer – Wire Transfer
- Travel Insurance is recommended.
Miscellaneous Policies
- No smoking is allowed in the house
- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under 7 years old.
- Handicapped people may find the house difficult to navigate in. There are a number of stairs both into and inside the house.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- A maximum of 2 spayed or neutered Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 per animal will apply.
- This is a private residential neighborhood, therefore guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM + 8:00AM
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping.Service is available upon request at $20 per hour payable directly to housekeeper on day of service.
Transportation:
- Kelowna Airport is a 2 hour drive. Calgary Airport a 4 hour drive.

Transit:
The local transit mini bus is a 2 minute walk from the house.
RMR runs a shuttle to and from the ski hill. Stop is located 3½ blocks from house.
Ski Hill:
Revelstoke Mountain Resort - the newest ski hill in North America with the longest vertical run is just a 5 minute drive away.
There are numerous restaurants and a few lounges and bars in downtown Revelstoke, only a five minute drive away.

Revelstoke Aquatic Centre: located in the heart of downtown at the bottom of Campbell Street is the new Aquatic Centre featuring a 3 story slide, an Olympic size pool with lap lanes, a warm, wading pool, a river current pool, numerous whirlpools, a hot tub, sauna and steam room. There is also a gym and a library in the same complex. Perfect after a long day on the slopes.
