Description: Nightly Rate: Weekly Rate: Monthly Rate: Nightly (4 Night Minimum) $550 per night $3500 per 7 nights $10,000 month
Arrival Day: Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Special Conditions: Minimum Age of renters must be 25 years of age. Home is in a private neighbourhood, so noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times.
Maximum Occupants: 9 9 occupants - 2 per bedroom + one on futon in Rec Room (not private)
Amenities: Massive stone gas fireplace (main floor), cathedral cedar ceilings, bamboo hardwood flooring throughout main floor common area, super capacity H3 washer/dryer; deck, BBQ, iron, ironing board, private phone (local calls only), wireless high speed internet, computer, 1 VCR/DVD player, 1 DVD player, 2 clock radios, cable TV in each bedroom plus big screen TV in Living Room and in Rec Room. Movie Channels on Living Room 46" flat screen TV. Off street outdoor parking for 4 vehicles (less if vehicle(s) have trailers).
Living Room: Spacious living room with brand new leather reclining sectional sofa, brand new leather recliner, wingback chair, cocktail table, end table, large screen TV with HBO, Digital Cable.
Kitchen: Main Kitchen/Dining Area: All new stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, hanging pot rack, all fridge and all freezer units. Table seats eight. Door leads to large deck. Downstairs Wet Bar: compact fridge/freezer, toaster oven, sink, microwave. Beer fridge/freezer in garage available upon request.
Bed Summary: Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) Kona Room: This is the largest bedroom complete with a comfy Queen bed, full size desk, bureau, night stands, cable TV.wireless high speed Internet and a large closet. Located on the main floor overlooking the front garden and street. Across the hall from the bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) Maui Room: Bright and airy, this bedroom faces the back garden and comes with a comfy double bed, large bureau, desk, wireless high speed internet, night stand, large closet and cable TV. Located on the main floor, next to the bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) Kauai Room: Downstairs, perfect for nesting. Comes with a comfy double bed, large chest of drawers, wireless high speed internet, nightstand, large closet, wall to wall carpet and cable TV. Next to Rec Room and downstairs bathroom.
Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2) Molokai Room: Spacious with full sized desk, a comfortable double bed, large bureau, cable TV, wireless high speed internet, wall to wall carpet and large closet. Located across from the bathroom and adjacent to the wet bar and rec room.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 has bathtub-shower combo, one basin and toilet.
Bathroom 2 has spacious stall shower, one basin and toilet.
Recreation Room: Single Futon Bed (sleeps 1). Futon located downstairs in rec room so no privacy. Adjacent to bathroom and wet bar. One recliner, one leather loveseat, one leather couch, one desktop computer, table and chairs, large screen TV, DVD player, cocktail table. Wet Bar features compact fridge, microwave, sink, toaster oven, coffeemaker.
View: The house faces south and overlooks the neighbourhood from a slight hill. The east looks out at the side of the ski hill and the west, the Selkirk mountain range. The back garden looks directly at the ski hill.
Payment Details: 25% 25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). If booking is made less than 45 days, payment in full + deposit is required. A refundable security/damage deposit of $350 is required. No Cancellation refund available for bookings less than 45 days in advance. No Cancellation available during 2010 (Olympics) year.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque (available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
2010 Olympics Weeks (Feb 12 - 28 & Mar 12 - 21): No rate increase however no refunds for cancellations and payments in full due 60 days in advance. Travel insurance is the best policy.
Miscellaneous Policies: • No smoking is allowed in the house.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 7.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 spayed or neutered Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100 per animal will apply. Deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection after check out.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Housekeeping Service is available upon request at $20 per hour payable directly to housekeeper on day of service.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Distances: • • Airports: Kelowna Airport is a 2 hour drive. Calgary Airport a 4 hour drive. Shuttle service is now available from Kelowna Airport via arrangement with owner (see Airport Transportation page) or by www.revelstokeconnection.com.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minutes. Type of transit is Bus.
• Ski lifts or Runs: Revelstoke Mountain Resort - the newest ski hill in North America with the longest vertical run is just a 5 minute drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: There are numerous restaurants and a few lounges and bars in downtown Revelstoke, only a five minute drive away.
• Nearby Attractions: Revelstoke Mountain Resort! The newest ski resort in North America. Great powder, great runs and the longest vertical run in North America! Museums: Revelstoke Nickelodeon Museum, Revelstoke Museum & Railway Museum.
